We have acted for both buyers and sellers and may provide support at all stages of an M&A transaction, from bidding, through to negotiations and closing of a transaction.

We are able to draw upon the wide resources and expertise of our Firm, ranging from lawyers, auditors, tax consultants, paralegals, as well as, services offered by our affiliate offices in various jurisdictions in order to bring a transaction to a successful completion dealing with all aspects of an M&A transaction (corporate, antitrust, tax, employment, regulatory, other).

Our work in this field is varied and we have dealt with various structures of merger and acquisition deals, including mergers (both domestic and cross-border (within the EU), take-overs, shares acquisition, assets acquisition, joint ventures, demergers and disposals.

In the context of an M&A transaction we offer advice on strategy and optimal structures, carry out due diligence on a target, engage in negotiations and prepare all requisite documentation to complete the deal.
