Algina joined the Firm in 2007. She is an Advocate in the Corporate and Commercial Department.
Algina engages in the overview of the administration duties and monitors transactions performed for a significant portfolio of clients. She provides legal advice in relation to general corporate law matters, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing of agreements and various other legal documents, formation, restructuring, liquidation, re-domiciliation, registration and discharge of pledged assets of companies in various jurisdictions.
Algina achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) at the Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania) in 2005 and thereafter has obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law (LL.M) after completion of the Joint Master’s Program of the three EU universities: Ghent University (Belgium), Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), University of Wroclaw (Poland) in 2007.
Algina has also earned a certificate in relation to “Cyprus Company Law and Trusts”, after participating at the respective seminar, organised by Lexact in 2008.
