Annamaria Vasssiliades joined the firm as an Associate in September 2015.
She began her legal career by studying and training as a Solicitor in London, United Kingdom undertaking seats in, Litigation, Corporate & Commercial and Private Client departments.
She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in March 2015, and she is currently based in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution department.
Annamaria’s expertise includes corporate and commercial, specialising in UK, Cyprus and Offshore company formations, shareholder agreements and non-disclosure agreements and has advised entrepreneurs and businesses mainly from the CIS region, particularly Russia and Ukraine. She has also assisted in a number of significant corporate transactions and corporate restructurings both in the UK and in CIS countries.
Annamaria has an LLB Law degree from the University of Buckingham, an LLM from University College London and an LPC Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Law (London Moorgate) where she studied her Legal Practice Course.
Languages: Greek (mother-tongue), English, French and has basic knowledge of Spanish and is currently learning Russian.
